So! I picked up Silent Hill V, and started playing. Mary Elizabeth's new singing = SO SO SO AWESOME. Game so far...really really uncomfortable, as it should be.

I get to the part where you have to pull the Robbie doll out of the hole. I INSTANTLY think about the same sort of situation with James, and think, oh well....nothing really happened to him! Note: I'm also playing in the dark, so when something in the hole GRABS ME, I scramble like mad on the controller to hit the B button...and fail....and turn into Alex "Lefty" Sheppard....I die in the game, and die LAUGHING in my chair. "THE HOLES HAS REVENGEBURGER!!"

And I already have a Theory. Of course, what I think should be taken with a saltshaker, since I: think Daliha, thinking she's in cahoots with the demon side of Alessa, placed the seals around the town; think Kauffman's....bodymass....was used to make the first PH; Claudia was a walking talking hallucination cause by the taking of White Claudia/PTV; Henry's adventures take place before Heather's; and Origins is crap and isn't canon. Anyway:

There is no "Alex Sheppard". what you are controlling is either an imaginary friend of Josh....or Josh all grown up...or an alternate side of Josh....something like that. The pictures in the house never have Alex in them, Josh got all the neat stuff, Josh's drawings always only show three bunies....
so yeah, that's my current assumption.....we shall see eh?
